Open item in new tab was created by brandonking

Hi,

I want to open item in new tab but I can't seem to find params in category.
Currently, I have added custom jQuery to achieve this.

If there isn't one, can you add in

Backend Category view
under Parameters: Items List Creation
Link Title (in lists): current options are YES and NO
Maybe you can add NEW WINDOW and NEW TAB.

juste edit category_item.php and in your readmore link add a target ... simply not ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I did it with jQuery but I guess it should be included as default option.

Hello

haha, i always open items of "list"/category pages in new TAB (middle click, for my browser configuration)

yes it makes sense, you may open an issue in our bug tracker and
- i will accept it
- and mark it as enhancement (because you normally non-privileged users, can only submit defects in bug tracker)

please include some description in it
we may add next time we revise templates

PS: jQuery (that you used) is a good solution for built-in templates, for custom template you can always edit the HTML to add/change target of the URLs
