How to focus a TAB after a FLEXIcontent view loads

I just like to know if it's possible to have an url to open the right tabs in page.

If I want to do a link to Bilan Tab of this page, how can I do it?

What I would like is put the url into an article and like this visitor can access directly at the content of the tab I want like "Bilan" which is the third tab; in place of the first tab which is open by default.

Like this I will be able to send people directly at the right information.

and on-clicking the link the item no 5151 will open and the given TAB will focus
