I set up a text field. In the blog template category view the text field is part of the introduction text before the readmore link. All HTML markup in this field gets stripped in the category view but is there in the full view of the item.

How do I prevent the HTML strip in the category view?

cheers

depend of your template blog default .. ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

the category layout of the blog template
has template parameters to control the stripping and cutting of description text

Thanks, I know, but it is not the "description" field I am talking about, it is my custom text field that is displayed in the category view with the HTML stripped out.

Hello

so the HTML is saved by item form (after you click 'save' and form reloads you can see the HTML ?)
