how to prevent HTML strip in a text field?

Thanks, I just figured out, that the Category setup applies not only to the "description" field but also to all other fields that come before the "read more" tag in the article and hence are part of the category view.

So now my custom text fields show the intended HTML markup after applying "No" to "Strip HTML tags & cut" to leading and intro items.
