Disabling Tooltip for Title Field

Disabling Tooltip for Title Field was created by brandonking

I want to disable tooltip for title lable in item form.
I have checked Title Field, TYPE, Template and Global configuration.
I have looked around everywhere to find params to turn it off, but I can't seem to find params.
Does anyone know? :oops:

Hello

this parameter exists only for custom fields, CORE fields have tooltip always enabled,

please open an issue in bug tracker, will mark it enhancement and accept it for a future version, sorry this is low priority now
