List all items in a category including those of its subcateg

hello , I'm new to the forum and your component.
I really like your product and I would like to deepen my knowledge about .
At this time I am dealing with a problem that probably stems from my little familiarity with your component.
Let me explain my scenario and my goal :
Platform: Joomla 3.2.2 + Template Beez3 + Flexicontent v2.1.2_r1806

I have many categories grouped into primary and secondary subcategories present in most levels . A small example :

Italy ( country)

---

Lazio (region)

---

Rome (city)

In particular for the category Rome exists an item (article) associated to it. For the other two, there are no associated items (articles).

All right.

My goal is to create the main menu nested into three menu items :

Italy

---

Lazio

---

Rome

Where selecting the first give me information as well as various even the total number of items in the category (Ex : Nation) also inclusive of the items found in its subcategories associated with it (at any level). In the example above I would like that depending on the selected menu item of the three was displayed :

Nations (1)

and

Regions (1)

and

The city (1 )

Even if the item in question is associated only to the category Cities .

Not only that, but most of all that the item in question to me was also displayed in the item list of the categories Italy and Lazio.

What do I get creating menu items with FLEXIContent »Categories after setting the configuration parameter global component (Display subcategories items = All sublevels) is that the counters are not set but rather to 1.1 and 1 to 0.0 and 1 and the item of the city is only displayed in the list items of Rome (third menu item) and not in the lists of Italy and Lazio to the which displays a message "No record."

Can you help me understand why.

you want to show counters for items of subcategories, but only list these items, them after clicking to open each category ?

Hello, you're right to be confused.
Probably my bad English has struck again.
The problems are two: Clicking for the example on the first category (the top-level ex: Italy) or in the 2nd category (the intermediate ex: Lazio) in neither case did not show the list with the item assigned to the third category (the last level ex: Rome subcategory of the previous two categories) and I can not even counted in the counters of the 1st and 2nd category.

I think I found the solution. The item must also assign them to the two upper levels to get what I want.
