deleteing items directly from DB was created by joomla_user

Hello,
Bit weird question, but if i need delete items directly from databas, how can it be done (safely) ?
What are the tables that item needs to be deleted?
Any caution needed to be taken ?

Hello

administration/components/com_flexicontent/models/items.php

look for function
delete()

and see what is deleted

NOTE (... but you can probably ignore these)
during deletion field clean-up function is called
FLEXIContent field event: onBeforeDeleteField
