custom code to add items and, multi-category relations

I have created a custom form with Chronoforms. The Form data are written into the Joomla content- and FLEXI-content tables. In the Backend, the data are visible and can be edited. But first appears the message "install items multi-category relations". After update and Refresh everything is fine. But what does this message mean and what have I forgotten? I can not find the error unfortunately! :geek:

Can somebody help me?

flexicontent index and check all new content ... i think you need to execute a php script after saving ... but i don't know what (waitting georgios come back to j&beyond)

Thanks for your tip. I have checked again the routine. My mistake was, that for the main category of contribution no record in the table flexicontent_cats_items_relations was saved. Now it works.
