Hide category in <title>

Hi,
A very simple question, but I can't find it in Configuration. On pages <title> tag, I would like to have only page title and site title, but category appears whenever item is related to menu or not. In item settings, on Meta / SEO > SEO, there is a choice "Category to <title>" but it's a little bit harsh to do it on each article and I can't find a global setting in FC Configuration.
I found in documentation how to put item title before category title ( www.flexicontent.org/documentation/faq/6...-category-title.html ), so I could override the template to hide category, but I definitely would prefer a setting.
But maybe I need stronger glasses...

do not set this setting in each item (leave it to "use global")
