Hello,
I want to display the list of all articles of the current category in the article page.

I have about 50 categories possible. My 1st idea is to create a Universal module for each category (and each time I have to crerate a category, I need to crete an Universal module).

Is it possible to create only one module and to give the category ID to be used as an external parameter.

thank you for advices

best regards

Michel

Hello

Goto TAB/Slider:
Category List:

1. enable "apply configuration per category"

2. scroll a little down to find section "Current category" and enable it

"Current category" = category of the current item (= of item being displayed)

test to see if it will give the desired result

Thank you.

It's working at the item level.

It's not working elsewhere.

Is it possible to use the external parameters Custom parameters (experts & templaters only) to give the category ID.

thanks for help

best regards

Hello

"current category" is possible/supported only in item view

Is it possible to use the external parameters Custom parameters (experts & templaters only) to give the category ID.

hhmm these are for different usage, it is for using them inside your custom template code, they are not meant to be used inside the helper.php that includes the SQL quering of data
