Remove " . |_ " from field was created by tevez15

Hello,

I have a question, I have a mod filter, with a categorie field for filter but I add " .|_ " before the category name, and I want remove this, how can I do this?

Hello,

you would need to hack a core PHP file .. not recommended

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

yes, no option to change this, if it is not very important avoid hacking the core PHP file

classes/flexicontent.categories.php

thanks for help..

I use jQuery to remove this points, change that file is danger's (for me) lol

PS: I have another question, I use a filter module, but when I filter for something, he add me this

This code open in the beginning of the main container, this is bad, because is possible return if I click somewhere in my page

who is adding this? the flexicontent filtering module ???
which file is adding this, can you find it ?

this will be added by some code when an error occurs or when item list is empty (category view)

Yes this happens when the filter return no value in category.

I cant find that code, I hope you can help me.. :mrgreen:

Hello

1. Inside your FLEXIcontent template folder replace the files:
category(_html5).php

with the files:
components\com_flexicontent\tmpl_common\category(_html5).php

2. edit them to remove the code that you don't want to have

BTW, I find something(this for not open another topic, but if you want, I open a new one), when have a field (text) required, and if I just do a space inside the input, he pass. I think, the space is not value content.. what you think?
