custom field filtering

Hello!
in default category-view(show items as list)
i have a custom field with selectable values


1a.)is there some cnfiguration of removing apply/reset filtering, so if users selects value in dropdown, the filtering is executed automatically without pressing "apply-button"?

1b.)for reset functionality a value all instead in dropdown?

2.)in the dropdown of the selectable values there is some searchfield-keyboard input-field
is it possible to remove it and show only values to select.

3.) a question for further configuration of fields:
a forum-user talked about related fields???doesnt know what this is yet...

field1 value all,a,b
field2 value all,x,y,z

two dropdown filters in list-view selected all,y
item1 ay
item2 by
item3 ax

list shows item1,item2

is this functionality default?

the input-mask(blue-border) from select2 stays there,
are you sure there is a parameter for removing that from dropdown?
