[Fixed r1972] SEF problem with related items

Hi, with version 67 some SEF modifications have been introduced. I discovered one misbehaviour. The related item links on the following page are working correctly. The related items are displayed within a category view and when they are displayed they keep the same module assignments as the view displaying the primary category (links below Verwandte Themen):

Here is the wrong behaviour which was correct in FC version 32. The related item links to an article that has a menu link.

As you can see the related item link is showing:
www.muenstermann.com/de/entstaub ... erung.html
but is should point to the menu item linking to the article (behaviour before):
www.muenstermann.com/de/entstaub ... ntile.html

this bug was fixed in r1971

when we find best match we continued to look for less appropriate menu items

v2.2.0 r1972 RC is available for download
-- also it can show no-access custom message per field that is inaccessible to current frontend user (just mentioning if you need this)
