Hi,

I am working on advanced search module in flexicontent.I gave menu item as flexicontent search. In this menu item that is search results page,I placed content list filter module to filter the results. But it is not displaying. It shows following error.
Notice: Undefined variable: filters_html in /var/www/html/joomla/components/com_flexicontent/tmpl_common/filters.php on line 180

Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /var/www/html/joomla/components/com_flexicontent/tmpl_common/filters.php on line 180

How can I solve this?

Hello

the content lists filtering module is for filtering the category-like view and not for the search view

for search view, you will need
1. in fields manager select which fields are "advanced searchable"

2. in the configuration of EVERY content types select which filters to use

3. enable display of filters in search view MENU ITEM

Hi,

I want a search module which searchs through all fields including my custom fields and after displaying the result i want to filter it through fields.
should i use content list, text search, as the search box together with content list filter in the category view
or
advanced search with filter in search view ?

Hello

1. you can use the search view as i describe above
(our search module target the search view)

or

2. or you can use the content lists filtering module to filter the category view or the multi-category view

please note that the content lists filtering module can display a text search

Hi,

Thanks. My text search in content list filter is searching the fields and giving result. But if I enter both field values together in text search it shows no result(like search where locationfield=Bandra & service field=Laser). Is there anyway to achieve this?
