Clearing user rating

Hi

How can I set an option to clear the rating for a logged in user and user can rate it again.Currently its showing "you have already voted for this item" .

How can I get total voting points in number instead of star?

we use Joomla session which has a lifetime until browser closes

it is possible not only to keep track if user has voted, but also of how much he voted, and if he tries to vote again to give him message:

"You have changed your previous voting"

or also provide button to remove the voting


but this is not implemented/available in v2.2.0 stable


We have opened the enhancement issue no 32 to put it in v2.3.0 (or possibly re-assign it to v2.4.0)

Hello

you can create a content type "review"

and

-- connect it to other types via the relation field,
-- inside the relation field you can configure it to display
a. list of existing "reviews" with appropriate fields via the CUSTOM HTML parameter
b. a button "Add new review"

you should also configure the "review" content type not to display unneeded fields, and also configure it to have a default category
