Adding Fixed Fields

I want to add a series of fixed headers to the content produced in Flexicontent. These fields are actually title headers in the final articles (e.g. a Title to the article or a sub-title somewhere in the body of the document). This header remains the same in all articles. Is these an elegant way of doing this?
