Error after item submission (frontend)

Hi,

After submitting a first item on frontend, I can no more access flexicontent in backend with the following error:

Duplicate entry 'blog-category-above-description-line1-nolabel' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=INSERT INTO i04jf_flexicontent_templates (`template`, `layout`, `position`, `fields`) VALUES('blog','category','above-description-line1-nolabel','created,created_by')

Can you please help me about this issue?

it is not related to submitting an item

the DB table:
_flexicontent_templates

has probably, crashed, and the check that default template configuration exists is failing, thus it is trying to re-insert the rows

go to phpmyadmin and trying repairing the table, problem was possibly caused because of server crash / reboot

you may want to check other DB tables too

Even after I repaired all flexicontent tables, it does not fixed the problem, still the same error!

As you mention, it might be related to the submission of new item, but still, after repairing the database, this does not fix the problem.

Please see the screenshot, it mentions that the database has been repair and the status is OK!

So far, I do not know anymore what to do, I have been doing a big job to configure FC properly and creating all categories/types/fields, I do not want to take the risk to uninstall/reinstall again and lost all work done till now, please help me.

please tip flexi version ?

Sorry to forgot mentioning that, we are using latest version 2.2.0 stable on Joomla 3.3.6.

this could be a rare bug but it is probably not related to item form

please send PM with
- super admin access
- phpadmin or cpanel access to be able to easily check DB tables

In the meantime you are accessing the admin area to try to solve this issue, I saw that a similar error was reported here www.flexicontent.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=8233

However, the solution mentioned here does not seem to be the right/exact way to solve the problem as by emptying the table, I guess it will erase data submitted as well or duplicated templates?
