[Fixed] Rem filtering doesnot work with the search box in IE

I'm using version r1857 under Joomla 3.

In a category view, I have filters and a search box (simple search). When I click remove filtering, all filters are removed and the search box is cleared.

When I use Internet Explorer, only the filters are removed but the search box is not cleared.

I confirm this issue and also that select2 dropdowns (are cleared but are not updated until form re-submits)

# Fixed "Remove filtering" button to properly clear all form fields in frontend filtering form, also fixed the drop-down selects that use select2 JS not being updated to show that they were cleared
