relation field display

Hello
I have a question about the relation field display zone.
I have 2 articles types :
- appartment fees
- appartments

Each appartments type articles have the 'uncategorised' category.

In the appartment fees I have a 'relation' field which links the current article to the concerned appartment.

On the backend I get the following display :

I need to click on the 'category' select button to get a list of appartment. I have the choice between 'list all' and 'uncategorised'. As I have only 1 category both choices give the same following display :
[attachment=0:hi3n3dhf]<!-- ia0 -->relation_field_02.png<!-- ia0 -->[/attachment:hi3n3dhf]

Is it possible to get as default value list to display the 'list all' and not an empty list.

hhmm not possible now,

we could remove "select" and trigger the onchange event when page completes loading

but not implemented / not possible now, although you could add some jQuery JS to select the 2nd option in list and trigger the onchange event
