Publication notification

Hello,
a question about notification.

Some groups can create article.
I have configured the notifiaction in the type config to send mail to admin. Fine.

Admin publish the article.

Is it possible to send a mail to the article's owner to tell him that his article is published?

indeed, this makes sense and is "expected" / common behaviour

logic for such an email would be:

if
1. state -> change to publish, or if document approved
2. and the owner of the item, does not have publish on the item

then send notification email for it to the owner
