Hello

so you do have the needed data
and also in SQL form

-- you can use the data that you suggested above in v3 BETA6

do you know how to use tools like phpmyadmin to create the DB tables ?

-- Table names will have to change to
pais ==> JOOMLADBPREFIX_pais
estado ==> JOOMLADBPREFIX_estado
cidade ==> JOOMLADBPREFIX_cidade

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.

know nothing about phpmyadmin and database , I think the basic content of the site , type classified guide companies , among others is to have a database with the location of the announcement. country> State > City > region > etc ... it is difficult to put this into FC .... more easy way .

I've placed this database on the basis of joomla through the phpmyadmin , but how do I get it to appear FC? Sorry for so many questions , but I think important that a website has such a database , country , states and cities . If this is not possible give up. thank you

you need to adapt your database to flexicontent dependencie mode => adding a valuegrp colum
after you do a sql request to your database (check tooltip all is in)
for country
Code:
SELECT yourvaluecountry AS value,yourtextcountry AS text, youvaluegroupcountry AS valgrp FORM yourdatabasecountry
for city you need same valgroup in your database to link country to city (ex france => toulouse::france, lyon::france etc)
Code:
SELECT yourvaluecity AS value,yourtextcity AS text, youvaluegroupcity AS valgrp FORM yourdatabasecity
for this field use Cascade after field => select the country field

i repeat if you didn't have any sql experience it will be complex, and we can't do it for you in free support ;)

Hello

ok you could also use this SQL file without any change,
-- just execute it in phpMyadmin

after doing that, i will give you the configuration that you can use to cascade the fields

-- alternatively you can execute the SQL file via a Joomla extension:
miwisoft.com/joomla-extensions/mijosql-joomla-database-manager
