you need to adapt your database to flexicontent dependencie mode => adding a valuegrp colum
after you do a sql request to your database (check tooltip all is in)
for country for city you need same valgroup in your database to link country to city (ex france => toulouse::france, lyon::france etc) for this field use Cascade after field => select the country field
