i am not sure what you are asking / what you mean

the items and categories have an "ACCESS" Level (please read Joomla documets about this)

Please read of these:
-- if the ACCESS level of the item (=article) is "Public" then both unlogged and logged users will see it
-- if the ACCESS level of the item (=article) is "Registerd" then only logged users will see it
-- if the ACCESS level of the item (=article) is "Guest" then only unlogged users will see it
