[SOLVED] Certain categories greyed-out or not visible, with v3 pre-BETA7 nightly2+

This used to work, so I am not sure what has happened to change it. I don't recall tinkering with anything recently and these categories are critical for my site.

I could include a screen shot but it wouldn't help because the category isn't even visible in the selection tree.

I retraced my steps to try and figure out why it worked a few days ago and stopped working today.

Solution: I had upgraded to FLEXIcontent v3.0 pre-Beta7 nightly4
I rolled back to the previous update and I have my categories back.

There must be a bug in FLEXIcontent v3.0 pre-Beta7 nightly4.

ok can you test beta7 ng5 ?
and unlock all content (in joomla )

- did you try to clean cache once ?
- also did you try as super admin ?

question did you install v3 BETA6b over B7 to go back or did you restore a full site copy ?

Yes, I cleared the cache, logged out, cleared it again, restarted my computer.
Yes, I tried as super admin from the front end and back end.
I installed 6b over 7.
I have not tried the latest as suggested by Micker.

I meant to stress that not all categories are greyed out or missing. Just some. I tried to compare but couldn't see a difference.
