Questions about turning off some core features of item submit form

I'm a newbie with Flexicontent, and have some questions:.

1. I want to invent a questionnaire. All responses go into the same category. So I need to assign all responses to the same category and turn off the display of the categories. How?

2. I need to turn off the Status selector and auto publish the form. How?

3. I need to turn off everything on the assignments tab, and not display the assignments tab. How?

4. I need to turn off the description tab. How?

Please don't assume I have any deep knowledge of Flexicontent. I don't. I read the FAQs and browsed the parameters on Type, Template, and Category in the backend...still could not figure it out.

Thank you in advance for the help!!! :)

Roger

Hello

you can do these for frontend item form only

you can do this per content type or for all content types

- please go to component configuration and find the "Item form" TAB
spend some time reading the description and disabling features that you do not need
then after trying various option, if you still need help, you can ask here

Okay, so I went to the Component configuration and figured out that I could use _Skip_ to skip the display of a tab on the frontend.

I then went to the Item Form for my Questionnaire Type and typed in _Skip_ for all the tabs. See below.

That left me with the image below, which is closer to what I want...but it doesn't seem to turn off everything. Categories and status stuff is still showing up.

I appreciate the help. Thank you.

Hello

you can disable more options like category and status at the FLEXIcontent submit menu item,
by setting specific category and autopublish
and by configuring default messages too
