i'll cut the answer of shape5 developper :
"Be sure your 3rd party extensions are calling Jquery from the Joomla Core and not calling another instance of it"
Is this a way to find a solution ?

- we are loading jQuery from Joomla core

please provide a link to the frontend page with the shape5, that shows the JS error

If you write "bala" on the search module .... you'll not be able to click on a suggestion ...

it's a javascript or css problem with your template

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

ok, now i remember this bug,

explanation:
Joomla is including an autocomplete jQuery function,
that is different than jQuery.UI.autocomplete

- in v3 BETA7g we are making sure that our code calls:
jQuery.UI.autocomplete
