Hello

use the Joomla way:

Go to language Manager / Overrides / Select site / New / in value box search for "Click to subscribe"

this "Chaine" is not in french language today, i found it in english language

J'ai regardé, pourquoi pas mais vous êtes déja au moins 200 traducteurs !!
Vous avez un process spécifique de gestion de tout ces fichiers langues qui coordonne tout le monde

comment voir t'on qu"une chaine n'est pas présente ?

Pour ces vues (Désactiver/Désactivé au lien de Désactiver/Activer)
Comment on peux corriger

Qui organise et comment il organise le tout ??

en fait c'est 200 traducteur pour tous les composants pas que joomla
du momment que tu es accepter tu pourra rechercher les string et les editer
apres je regenere les package de langues sur le site officiel
