Language switcher and Category Blog menu item

Hello

so you have 2 menu items for NEWS category
- HOME English
- also an EN menu item A (that is associated with menu item -

so you have 2 menu items for NOUVELLES category
- HOME French
- also a FR menu item B (that is associated with menu item -A-)



and language switcher does this

if you are
- home EN -switches to- FR Menu Item B

or if you at
- home FR -switches to- EN Menu Item A



but you expected / wanted:
home EN => home FR
home FR => home EN

right ?

Exactly.

But as like I said, this is not a FLEXIcontent issue. The problem occurs on a fresh Joomla install (like on the demo flexi-vox-dev.com). But if you can help, please go ahead!

I was able to find a work around. If I don't associate the categories, it works. For my project, category association is not needed but at some point, someone will try to achieve what I did and will need category association.
