Can not show items in category view

I had updated FC from 2.2.1 rc to 3.0.7

I can see there are 67 items in user story category, but in the front end site those item are not show in the category.


I try to change template to default or blog, but the problem still there.

any setting should I do to solve this problem.

you had v2.2.1 rc with which Joomla version ?


go to types manager and edit each type, make sure that the access level is public or the one you intended
and save each type once

clear Joomla cache, relogin to backend, and see if something appear in dashboard and click to update

what is the language of the items ?
if you edit and resave 1 of item does it appear ?

My joomla version is joomla3.4.3 falang2.1.0


I check the type and item are public



I remove all the cache
And the item language is Chinese, the problem also show in English item.
Actually any category view of my site can not show items. But I can use FC module to show items.

I have a local copy with the same joomla file and DB can show the item in the same category.
The different between the two environment I find out the problem site can not use search, but my local copy can search.


I try to reindex the problem site, but it still not work.

Or there are some server setting I should be checked?

- is there a menu item with a locked filter active ?

- if you login as super admin to the frontend do you see the items ?

Although I give my company's VPN, the backend still can not login without my company's network.

If you login as super admin (to the frontend), then do you see the items ?
