How to create a TABBED download page

I'm trying to create a page similar to the one of dowload FlexiContent but without success
who you can help out

Hello

- create a copy of default template and assign it to your content type (or assign it to specific items)

then
place a file field in a TAB position
place textarea fields, 1 per TAB positon
set names of every TAB appropriately

I tried and tried but could not, you can have an example or a detailed FAQ for how to do it

here are detailed instructions

1. in FLEXIcontent types manager, create a new type e.g. "MyFileType"
2. In it, select to use any template except "blog" and save
3. Create your fields, file, textarea (e.g changelog) and make sure (at the left of the field form) they are assigned to type "MyFileType"


4. Create an item of type and click "apply"
5. (do only once) Inside the ITEM form or inside the TYPE form, click "Edit Layout"
6. Add your fields into TABBED positions, (2 Tabbed places exist, top and bottom)
