Hide the search bar only on some menus was created by tontir

Hello there,

I think the title is pretty clear

Has anyone ever needed this, and if so found a solution ?
I searched through both google and this forum, but couldn't find a solution for that.

Thanks in advance for any hint you might have

Hello

inside the category form
- click on "parameters" TAB,
- then click on inner TAB "Alpha-Index, Search, Filters"

Find section "Text search" and disable "Use search"
Find section "Filters" and disable "Use filters"
Disable anything else that you do no need

Similar TAB exists in all category like menu items, you can disable via menu item too

Well actually I've tried this. And when in the menu everything is set to hidden, the bar was still there. But I found out, so if this can help anyone: I also had to change, in the same panel, the field alignment to "inline" instead of slider". It seems so obvious now...
