How to format Flexi items for printing?

In the frontend when I select 'Print' from my Flexi items, the print preview shows the content without any formatting. Just plain text. That is, is seems the data going to the printer has no format information like alignment, text size/font/color, span or div formatting, etc.

Is there a tutorial or resource that provides information on how to add (HTML, CSS) formatting to print data so the printout looks nicer? I've tried searching for solutions, but I haven't found any information relating to this issue.

Any pointers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

I think the issue is more related to your Joomla Template. It should have specific style sheets for print.

Many designers use this for a base:
github.com/h5bp/html5boilerplate.com/blo...r/src/css/_print.css

You can Customize here:

2. www.sitepoint.com/create-a-customized-pr...ylesheet-in-minutes/
