I am getting this message on a site I manage,

Mysql 5.1.73
PHP 5.6.24
Joomla 3.6.2
Flexicontent 3.1.0-rc2

Only admin flexi menu option which doesn't give this issue is Configuration.

Reinstalled Joomla and flexi same error

Code:

I suspected that the Joomla table despite being J3.6.2 it has not been updated ?
