[SOLVED] frontend form > image uploader > "delete file" broken was created by kath

hi there,

in frontend form > image uploader popup > tab "file list" > trash-icon, the click to delete a file does not result in a deleted file.
Instead, i get:
1) a confirm "You are about to delete this file, Are you sure ?"
2) i click "yes"
3) nothing happens, apparently no js-error, no network-traffic.

what could be wrong here?
