How to export CSV from J 2.5.28 FC 2.1.0 r1763 to import into J 3.5 FC 3.1 was created by horsey

Hi, I have to manually migrate a site from J 2.5.28 FC 2.1.0 r1763
to the latest versions of J and FC.

Whats the best way to export all FC related data from FC 2.1.0 and import the whole lot into the new site ?
There once was the idea of content kits ...

no just update to j3 and after update to FLEXIcontent3

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I want to start from scratch, the site is a mess and I don't want to carry over all the old crap

i recommand flexiimport by netassopro but you need to recreate all :type and field

Thanks, but it turned out to be quite a hassle, so I just upgraded and all went fine, after some trials.
The idea of "content kits" is dead?
