just go to flexicontent global config and set to yes canonical option

if an item is assigned to multiple categories the canonical path is always built using the main category. This is also valid for the search results.

Rooney, itis not for item. My problem is for category because I want one category appear in two different categories
And as it is in two different categories I end up with two different link to the same category.

My flexicontent is in french, it is in the tab SEF and "Tag canonique" ? it is already activated. is that the option is displayed in a category ?

to be honest I do not really understand your problem. How many categories do you have that you want to assign to two categories. What is the advantage or better the application for this? Can you explain?
