Help with text fields

I have 2 questions.

1. I can't find any documentation about textselect filed.
Main question - how to add select options.


2. How I can create text field with like select, but with ability to enter custom text?
It like select module position field.
User can choose option from list or can enter own.

the values will be create from values that an user has used in past to another using.

I think, what you want is "select multiple". in this field you can create values to select.

you can create the values in "field elements" in this field config. there you can find a placeholder for an example.

update:
to select multiple there is also a field with normal "select" to select one value instead multiple

I need select field , but user should have ability to enter own value.

I can use mode all user entered values in this variation - but I need to add values before.
But ideally, yes - some pre-configured values + all user entered values.
And ability to edit user entered values. I'm sure they will contains mistakes.

And very major thing - is how looks this filed.

I think in this variation - it is not intuitive and It takes a lot of space

Finally about "field display"
- you mean the field should only be only a select drop-down with possibility to type new text ?

Only no need to press enter. Just enter text in field. But with ability to select.

- Existing + SQL query

seems trivial
i have added it (not yet at github),
but we may have some bug with it initially
will test it and commit it
