Differents urls after migrate to J3

Hi everybody,
I have a site here : impactance.fr
I have migrated the site to j3.impactance.fr
In the J2.5 version, i have the full path in my urls (http://cat1/subcat/item.hmtl)
In the J3 version, i have the last cat shown only (http://subcat/item.hmtl)
How to keep the same urls in the migrate site ?

are the menu items and structure of them the same ?

Hi Georges,
Its a migration made with Joomla Updater, so no change are made (except reinstalling compos, mods and plugins to upgrade to J3).

so 'cat1' and 'subcat' are menu items pointing directly to categories cat1 in subcat in both sites ?

The same page migrate to J3 : j3.impactance.fr/management.html

The cats are nested as Formations-Sante/Management-Communication

If i open an item, i have
J2.5 : impactance.fr/Management-Communication/i...atrice-en-ehpad.html
J3 : j3.impactance.fr/management/item/23-etre...atrice-en-ehpad.html

For start, try with v3.015one

- it will not make difference, but since this is test site, i would like that it has new version

Also i see that the menus do not exist in the migrating site:

j3.impactance.fr/Management-Communication/

does not exist

?? Why menu does not exist ? As i migrate from 2.5 update Joomla Update (tried Micker advice to do this as he was really confident in his post), all should be the same in the menu, no ?
I try v3.0.15 right now.

What can i do ? Use a url rewriter ? (the goal is to avoid to loose all indexed urls in Google)...

Ok,
I can get what i want with a tool like sh404.
This solve my problem but this not solve my question : i would like to avoid tools like sh404 to use Flexicontent router but the result is not the same at all : Flexicontent url rewriter show me things like "item" or number and that's not so good for seo work.
Thanks for the help on this post : again, problem solved for now, but it will raise in the future...
