Help with site structure

I'm confused...
I building downloads site.
Some programs are cross platform.

This icons made using tags. So, if you press on Android - FC will displays tag view for Android tag.

But in this mode FC does not displays categories, like in category view.

I do not understand how to build a site so, that when you click on Android - it displays only Android software , but in the same way as usual with categories and items count.

May be it possible to use filters for this

but in this case:

1. FC displays not correct count items in categories
2. impossible to browse categories only with Android software - need every time to set filter
3. there is no item menu with pre-filtered options

for tags view , are you using "Legacy tags" view ?

please use "Category-based" tags view
- enable in component parameters (this will replace legacy tag-links with category-based tag link)
- then create "Tagged items" menu items which are category-based

I need when user press on tag - FC display usual category view but only with tagged items (like filter).
