Copy subcategories to new parent category?

Ok, I disabled System - Flexisystem, core functions plugin.
Then I duplicated categories in new parent category in joomla native categories manager.
Than I turned on Flexisystem, core functions plugin.
Now, when I open categories manager in FC - I get error
1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') ORDER BY level ASC' at line 1 SQL=SELECT id, params FROM #__categories WHERE id IN () ORDER BY level ASC
