The field is a select field with sql query (get the phone number of the author in the cb table. only one result). The field is hidden in backend and front end.
So i select nothing.
In v2, with this configuration, it display the non selected value, so it display the only one value of the the select field.
Actually, the only solution is to create a new field (a copy of the select field of the V2).
Or have you any idea?

changed / fixed this behaviour of not showing the non-selected values if field has no values selected in item form
