besides fixing the top menu
- also there will not be "empty" button boxes showing in dashboard (you only see the header) for non-authorized users
- also fixed dashboard display in latest chrome, (button headers in dashboard are broken)
- also the component parameters are now easier to configure e.g. see the picture:
