Category items by type

Hi,

We have 2 type items in same categories: course and blog. We need to show only course items in course page menu and only blog items in blog page menu. So I am looking for "Types scope" filtering option like flexi universal content module has.

Is there any way to do that? Will appreciate some help very much.

Thanks
Julash

in your menu like you can actived override option and you can use a specific scope

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

But sorry, I can't find where to set specific scope for types in parameters tab :/

Can you please explain how to this?

you can do this
1 go to field admin
2 edit type filed and actived search and filtering (check id of field like 8)
3 in you type admin check your type id ( article is 1 for exemple)
4 in your menu > override parameter
5 go to filtering and search tab > field filter
6 put in locker filter 8##1 (only display item where type = 1)
that done
