Hello

yes i see your point
it makes sense that in some categories you may want not to show message

Another solution we have made and i forgot of it
(because this was asked in the past)

is go to your category and set "Per page" limit to ZERO
this will prevent the "No items found" message from appearing

maybe we can add a field with a field in category.xml ?
1 button to override readmore button
1 text field to insert a new string

what do you think ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
