Display all expired articles

Hi,

Using the "FLEXIcontent - Universal Content" module, is there a way to display all expired articles ?

The idea is to help us to check every day if there are expired articles, without connecting to the administrator page.

I have seen the section "Ignore scheduled / expired dates", not sure if it can help.

Thank you.

Hello

yes that is the purpose of it
to show unpublished or published-expired items

you can set the module to have a "view access level" that is assigned only to administrators

You can define a new access level "view expire items" and assign it to usergroups
- Administrators
- Super users

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.

I selected 'expired publish down', but I can still see all published articles.

Do you have a known configuration to achieve this ?

Thank you!

Hello

you can post a picture (with backend language in english)
of the configuration you have done for this filtering scope (of expired items AND of publication states)

Hello

You configured it wrongly, you want normal states to included, please set states scope to normal,

You need published items with expired publication state

Hi,

Thank you. I changed the configuration as you asked for. The behaviour is still the same, I can see all my articles (expired or not) in the list.

The article list displayed contains :

- KB Article Test 2
- KB Article Test 1

KB Article Test 1 :
State : Published
finish publishing : 2018-03-15 10:38:13

KB Article Test 2 :
State : Published
finish publishing : 2017-10-19 16:50:59 (in the past)

I attach the updated configuration.

Thank you.

Hello

now it is working as designed (according to current configuration)

it should be showing both the expired and the non-expired , published items

but i understand now
- that in your case you want a different thing

you want to exclude the non-expired items
thus you want a new option
"Show only expired"

- we have no added this case,
it is little work to add it, but in current version , such an option does not exist

Hello

you can try to do this

- enable showing expired items
- enable date filtering scope
set published_down (expire date) to be less than current server time
