[Add category-visible description text BEFORE readmodre] Normal Text dissaper after update

I thought i have done something wrong and I asked the webhost to return the back up from 01.02.18.
What to do now ?

to the bottom end of:
/public_html/templates/protostar/css/template.css
but
the title is still blur, blue and i can not control the title text size from the code.
