i recommend you to read tutorial and faqto learn more ... your question is very large ...
in flexi content you can create :
- a link to a catégory with only item user connected
- a link for a submission content
- with ACL you can restrict it

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
