How to display a simple form when a visitor wants to download a document

Hi,
We are looking for using flexi content for a new "ressource directory" project because Docman is too restricted for this one.
We have make ssome test and the first issue for uss is : how to enable a download on form. THe scenario is : In a content type the unlogged user can see a download, when he click a simple form ask for his email (maybe some other things) and then :

1. he receive the link to the file by email,
2. or if the previous scénario is not possible he just get the file after the form even the email is fake one

so you want to enabled the download of every individual file after a form is submitted ?
or you want to enable download of --all-- files after a user "registers" (aka user also provides an email) ?

The first one ! And for a specific file field.
WE Will use a file field for public files ans annother for thèse "protected" files.
WE need to collect thèse emails (leads)
