Hello

(in search menu item configuration)

when using "Advanced search index"
and you enable "per type" filters (default seting) or per type "text search" fields

then the content types selector is forced to ON

scroll the configuration search menu item configuration a little further down and disable "per type" filters

Oh my...
I was looking for it in component configuration, in module settings, in search plugins - but I forgot about item menu settings!

i have the same problem .. if we can't disable the research for some types i want disable the research per type; i am not sure i understand your explanation, maybe ; the french translation on my site : where i can find "(in search menu item configuration)" ?
