Coin image shows the wrong side

In coin vernacular, the FRONT of the coin is called a "reverse" and the BACK of the coin is called the "obverse", the side containing the image of the reigning monarch at the time.

I've been using Flexicontent for quite some time now, and HAD two separate fields for showing the front (reverse) and the back (obverse) of each coin, but was having alignment issues when trying to display them in a record.  But I discovered how to fully utilize ONE image field to show both sides of the coin.  The problem I'm having now is that any featured item or item with tags shows only the obverse of the coin.  I want Flexicontent to show the reverse of the coin instead, but can't figure out how to get it to show that.

I've uploaded all the obverse images of the coin to the first image field, then inserted another image field and uploaded the reverse images into the second image field.  It works when looking at the detail of each image, and also in Catalog view, but the Featured Item and the tags show only the obverse.  How can I change it so that we see the reverse  image of the coin as a default?

Thanks,
Dan

This may seem like a simple question, but how can I get this to show the second image in the Featured Items block? I can't and it's driving me nuts. Thanks.

hello
Can you send link or screenshot to understand your problem ?
1 you can use 2 values in a field to display 2 images in one field
2 to use this in tag and feature you need to use tag and feature link to menu to category based option and after you can use a classic categrory template for this

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Attached are screen shots to illustrate what my issue is.  When I add another image field using the insert image icon (fig. 1), then I upload images of the front and back of the coin in a single IMAGES field (fig. 2), the second image I uploaded (the front of the coin) will never show in the Featured Items module (fig.3).  I want that image to show instead of the picture of the Queen.

I want the Feature module to display the FRONT of the coin, and not the BACK.  I'm not sure why this is so difficult for you to understand.

If we can't get it to display just the front, I would be satisfied with a combination of the front and back images.

sorry i am not english native i try to help any body for free lol
module select the first image of field => if you change order of image item that can solve this
maybe a solution
disable using image in module
and load your field in custom field option of module (same tab but at end)

I'm not getting it either as I see both coins on the home page.

If it's not resolved - start with a screenshot - Where is this module? What is the URL?

If you want to show the 2nd image in a module (the sailing ship) - then that will probably need to go first.

Otherwise - if you want the 2nd image in the field to display by itself - you'll need to write a custom php module to display the 2nd image, and resulting text.

Else use 2 separate fields one for front, and one for back which would be the most logical way to set up the site.

Thank you for your response @iamrobert. My question was how do I show the FRONT (the sailing ship side, as you put it) image of the coin in the Featured Items block (module) on the right side of the page?

If this can't be done, then is there an easy way to switch the order of the images in the Standard view without me having to touch over a thousand items individually?
