Parameters for custom layout are not displayed in the backend was created by coerter

I created a custom layout for a picture field.
Unfortunately, the associated parameters are not recognized.

"Currently selected layout: "wbc_gallery_widgetkit" does not have layout specific parameters"

I have created two files:
value_wbc_gallery_widgetkit.php
value_wbc_gallery_widgetkit.xml
( see attachment).
How is it possible to make it work?

hello what is the content of your xml ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
